How do I know a Fry’s digital coupon came off?

Fry’s says the discount shows on your receipt right under the item it applied to, marked “ecpn”. If one is missing at the register, Fry’s asks you to tell the cashier.

Why can’t I remove a coupon from my Fry’s card?

Fry’s gives three reasons: the coupon was loaded through another programme such as an email or targeted promotion (marked “Special Offer Type”), it was loaded from a partner site, or someone else in your household loaded it.

Do expired coupons count toward the Fry’s card limit?

No. Fry’s says the maximum number of coupons on your card does not include expired or redeemed ones, which move to their own sections. Kroger limits how many digital coupons your household can load at once. If your card fills up, OttoClipper tells you.
