Questions
How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for 14 days. You add a card when you start, and nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your card is charged $4.99 and then $4.99 every month until you cancel. We email you before the trial ends with the date and a link to cancel. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. The trial is for people who haven't had Pro or a trial before.
How do I cancel?
On your Account page, choose Manage Subscription and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for (or the end of your trial), and you're not charged again.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly is $4.99 a month. Yearly is $45 a year, which works out at $3.75 a month. Both renew automatically until you cancel. You can switch between them under Manage Subscription: moving to yearly starts straight away with credit for the rest of your month, and moving to monthly starts when your paid year ends. The free trial is on the monthly plan.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Your account, savings history, streaks and badges stay. You go back to 4 stores a day and one Clip Profile of up to 2 stores; any extra profiles are kept, and you can delete them or run a 2-store one.
Can I get Pro without paying?
Yes, by inviting friends. When a friend joins with your link and finishes their first clip run, they get 7 days of Pro, and every 5 friends who do that earn you 14 days of Pro, up to 4 times a year. Referral Pro includes everything on this page. Referrals are for new accounts only.
Do I need an account?
Not to try it: your first store run needs no account. After that, a free account (email and password) keeps you clipping and saves your history. Pro needs an account.
Where is Pro available?
Pro is sold with a US billing address. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
